NDS and IDS Leipzig • Junior Leipzig Winner for Daddy's Boy!

Whereas Saturday wasn't very successful for our Daddy's Boy, as he qualified only the fourth in Junior Class, Sunday came with a nice compensation. He got both Anw.Dt.Jg.Ch.VDH and Jg.-CAC and fought out the title of Junior Leipzig Winner 2010 (VDH-Jugendsieger Leipzig 2010) at the end!

NDS, 21 August 2010 The whole double-show in Leipzig was fated by changes of judges. On Saturday, Roland Bebber (D) was almost unexpectedly alternated by German judge Rainer Jacobs, a specialist in terriers and chairman of Thuringian group of German Terrier Club. R. Jacobs was very tough above all on junior males, from which only one qualified excellent (Barabbas v. Himmelsstürmer of Anke Bämpfer) and other seven very good. Holleufer's Edalen'e in Intermediate Class and Frida de Ficca in Open Class, both owned by Polish breeder Edyta Dymek (De Ficca Kennel), were his favorites in females and were awarded CAC and Res. CAC (German club titles similar to National Winner). Vincent R.S. de Fortuna of Kerstin Zbrog from Berlin (Res. CAC) and above all Renuar Burzhua Bruno of Latvian breeder Ludmila Ferubko (Renuar Kennel) most gripped R. Jacobs in males. Bruno won CAC and became Best of Breed (BOB) at the end.

IDS, 22 August 2010 Sunday international show was judged by Antonin Karban (CZ), French bulldog and Boxer breeder well known from Czech show rings, who replaced - as announced earlier - Barbara Pallasky (D). CACIB was awarded to Beau Mystique Ycaris, competing in Open Class, of Netherlandish breeder Maria Galjaard (Beau Mystique's Kennel). Renuar Burzhua Bruno won in Intermediate Class again but has got only Res. CACIB. Female Holleufer's Edalen'e, who won Intermediate Class again, was awarded the same title, while CACIB and later BOB as well were given to Aniy vom Bilstein of German breeder Ursula Hocke (Vom Bilstein Kennel). As mentioned above, our Daddy's Boy was very successful in juniors. He gained victory over young female Channel de Vito von Galaxy of Polish breeder Maria Liebchen (De Vito von Galaxy Kennel) and was awarded Junior Leipzig Winner 2010.

Pied male Mexx ze Skrzatlandu of Beata Kalinska, World Winner 2009 from Bratislava, attracted the biggest attention both days. He won Champion Class twice but succeeded not once in fights for CACIB and BOB.
